A Dramatic Arts student thesis performance by Dani Shae Barklay
In 1958, the St. Lawrence Seaway Project, a collaborative construction project between the United States and Canada, reshaped of the St. Lawrence River and caused the flooding of 38 000 acres of vivacious land.
Out of House and Home is a one-act play that draws on the voices of ten people who experienced the Seaway Project. Now, as humanity's environmental impact becomes increasingly severe, this collectively created play asks the question: who were we to cut the river's path?
